Customer Service Division will provide and support our customers with the option of whether to maintain or repair communication system equipments. Certainly in very competitive prizes.
By entrusting the maintenance and repair of the system to us, customers will be released from the problem that will consume much of their effort and time, beside that they will not be necessary to employ capable maintenance people for the satellite communications, which in many cases is difficult to find.
And they will not be needed to establish workshop and provide measuring instruments which are very expensive, because we provide it. In other words, they will have a more cost effective solution to their communications requirements.
For urgent maintainance, We can remotely link into a customer's network from our customer service centre, or we directly visit customers.We will diagnose problems and make any necessary adjustment required to enhanced network performance.
